Health & Safety – 3Safety prides itself on sensible health and safety solutions which are right for your business. No-one wants, or intends, to run an unsafe business, but knowing what makes sense, and what would be over the top, may require professional advice. 3Safety has a number of consultants who have offered professional advice for over 10 years with plenty of industry knowledge. We ensure the right consultant is allocated to provide support to the right business based on their experiences, halting the need for you to explain every intricate detail of your business. 3Safety strives to support businesses by taking the headache of safety systems away or supporting a nominated employee so that you can manage your own safety system.

Training – 3Safety’s training strives to be enjoyable, not dreaded, using proven safety trainers who are engaging and enthusiastic. All in-house training is tailored to the business’s sector using real-life examples and solutions.

ISO – Compliance is the core of 3Safety’s business and providing the mechanisms to ensure achievement is key. More and more companies are being asked to prove their formal systems are in place to win contracts or to appear on registers and ISO will enable this to be achieved.

Jasmine Gayton

Health & safety Consultant

My name is Jasmine Gayton and I am currently a Freelance Health & Safety Consultant
Like many of us I came to Health & Safety from a very diverse route which has given me the experience, insight and empathy to deal with most situations in this ever changing challenging environment that we work in.
I started within the Construction industry on large projects for major subcontractors in the utilities and local government sector overseeing site safety at all levels. Following many years in this environment I moved into further education based at a very large 7 site college overseeing safety within the whole campus plus workshops for student of all levels and in all industry sectors which also involved placing apprentices into the workplace ensuring their placements were safety vetted.
Throughout my life I have met and worked with some very inspirational people who have given me great opportunities and experience. On this road I developed a passion for mental health in the workplace, especially in the construction industry and in the current climate this aspect of work is becoming increasingly important.
I love to travel the world and look forward to doing this again when we are able and as always my Health & Safety Hard Hat stays at home !
